We guarantee you’ll never need to service your Provac if it has major non-warranty failure in its lifetime. Simply ship the vacuum cleaner to Master Australia and we’ll replace it for $225* plus GST and freight.

Master Australia will check the lead and if it’s not faulty, a new vacuum cleaner will be delivered to you as a replacement. We will keep the old vacuum cleaner as part of the replacement program. If you require pick-up or drop-off for your Provac, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We reserve the right to deny a replacement pending assessment of your old machine.

We’re pleased to offer a 12-month warranty on all parts and labour. This includes defects and faulty workmanship, not general wear and tear. If you have a problem with your vacuum cleaner while it’s under warranty, contact us with the serial number of your machine and the date of purchase.

You can order replacement parts for your machine from our online store, or contact us for your local service agent. Our replacement loyalty plan means you can send your old machine to Provac and we will ship a new one for just $225 plus GST and freight.

We can ship your Provac to anywhere in Australia for free. We use a range of reputable couriers to make sure your machine arrives in perfect condition.

Your Provac will arrive within five working days of order and payment. If you haven’t received your order by then, contact us with the order number provided on your email confirmation.

You can pay for your Provac with credit card or electronic funds transfer. You’ll be charged immediately prior to shipment. If you have any changes to your order or delivery details before your Provac has been shipped, contact us.
